Steps we take to ensure Complete Book of Business Protection.

1. New Patient Enrollment Form - As a Preferred Agent you receive New Patient Enrollment Digital Form - you submit the enrollment form to ensure complete accuracy of Agent of Record Information such as name, phone #, and email.
   
   
2. CRM System Agent of Record - You will be tagged as Agent of Record in our CRM System which will give access to track and see your client's New Patient On-Boarding Journey.
   
   
3. Client's Medical Chart Agent of Record - You also will be tagged as the Agent of Record directly in your client's/our patient's medical chart.  Since our clinical staffed is trained to refer to the Agent of Record on patient's chart if any insurance questions or concerns arise. 
   
   
4. No Agents Onsite - There is no agent in our centers unless they have a set appointment with a client, which means no worrying about someone selling insurance to your clientele. 
   
   
5. Courtesy Notifications - If your client has questions or interest in changing their health plan, we will redirect them to you and provide you with a courtesy notification.
